Choose to dismiss (clear) your horoscope for the day on your lockscreen, until your next horoscope becomes available, upon which it will re-appear.
Setting your specific astrological sign (based on your birthday), and the default "click" behavior, can be done via the widget's settings screen with the DashClock widget configuration menu (see screen shots).
